Latest Update – Ensuring business continuity during the COVID-19 outbreak

In light of the current COVID-19 situation, we have taken essential measures to protect the health and safety of our employees while maintaining our operations.

In our cyber security unit, we have activated our business continuity plans and our Security Operations Centres will continue to protect the networks of our customers. Our incident response team can still carry out missions on customer sites if needed and our threat intelligence analysts are working remotely.

In order to deliver our services reliably whilst ensuring the health and safety of our employees, we have created shift patterns with isolated teams to limit the risk of any infection contaminating complete units and we have prioritised resources for employees working from home on client contracts.

On our company sites, we are following the information and advices issued by authorities as well as consulting medical experts to make protocols as safe as possible.

At the same time, our customer-facing teams will continue to travel to the extent possible. In cases where travel restrictions apply, we are reaching out to customers to discuss alternative ways of working.

As always, our business priority remains to deliver on our commitments and dealing with current challenges the best we can.
