Plan, Build, Run and Continuous Improvement of a Cyber Defence Center / SOC using the example of an industrial customer
Tim Kreutzer, Head of System Design, Airbus CyberSecurity
Friday, 21st September from 1:00pm to 2:30pm in room Staffelsee
Setting up and operating a Cyber Defence Center (CDC) can be challenging tasks, as it not only requires the setup of a technical infrastructure, but also in many cases a transformation of the organisation, processes, policies and way of working. This Best Practice Workshop focuses therefore on the general challenges during the Plan, Build, Run and Continuous Improvement of a CDC and a seamless integration into the company itself. In particular real life examples will be presented of how to define and setup a CDC, how to operate and ensure continuous improvement of a CDC and how to implement best practices for use case management.
