Network & Connect – Convergence of Cyber & Aerospace

Join the first online event of the online event series ‘Network & Connect’ run by Airbus CyberSecurity, where fascinating subjects about cyber security will be explored and discussed.

This first event will focus on the ‘Convergence of Cyber & Aerospace’, exploring why cyber security and space combined is crucial in protecting everyday life.

From weather forecasts to climate monitoring, navigation to TV broadcasts, even the Internet-of-Things, all encompass and utilise Aerospace.  The information and data they produce is highly sought after and valuable to many groups, including hacktivists and military forces.  Therefore the protection and security of Aerospace systems such as satellite communications is imperative.

With that in mind our speakers will dive into the importance of prioritising cyber in space, Eurodrone system engineering with cyber and protecting airports from future cyber-attacks – probing important questions about the future for cyber security and aerospace.
